OverviewIn this role you will oversee ABB's Critical Power manufacturing facility in Quartino, driving overall operations and P&L.;
You'll lead a cross-functional, high-performing team across production, engineering, planning, quality, logistics, service and HR to deliver safety, quality, delivery and efficiency goals.
You will implement customer-focused operations strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to meet project EBIT and cash targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role with global context and relocation options for the right candidate.

Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor/Master's degree in Engineering or Business studies

Experience in factory operations, production planning, SAP, workforce and vendor management

Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and regulatory compliance
