h3Job Description /h3 pFICEP S.p.A., a company operating in the metalworking industry, is looking to strengthen its team and is seeking a: /p h3Job Description /h3 pFICEP S.p.A., a company operating in the metalworking industry, is looking to strengthen its team and is seeking a: /p h3Spare Parts Material Planner /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperational Planning /li liPlan spare parts requirements based on customer orders, historical consumption data and planning parameters. /li liPlan and submit the procurement requests required to the Buyer to ensure material availability. /li liPlan the requirements for components to be manufactured by external suppliers. /li liPlan the requirements for spare parts manufactured in-house, ensuring availability in accordance with the lead times defined by Production Planning. /li liMonitor material availability, inventory levels and stock coverage. /li liCollaborate with the Spare Parts Buyer, Spare Parts Customer Service, Spare Parts Warehouse and Production teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials. /li liSupport the management of supply issues, contributing to the definition of priorities and corrective actions. /li liData Governance and Planning Parameters /li liManage and update master data and basic planning parameters in company systems (ERP AS400/MRP), ensuring accuracy, reliability and consistency. /li liMonitor and continuously optimize planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock levels, lot sizes, replenishment policies and other MRP parameters. /li liEnsure the quality, reliability and consistency of data used in planning processes through the analysis of system data. /li liIndependently prepare analyses, reports and KPIs using company data to monitor planning performance, identify critical issues and support decision-making.



/li liDevelop dashboards and decision-support tools to improve the visibility and effectiveness of planning and procurement processes. /li liContinuous Improvement and Innovation /li liIdentify continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and operational performance. /li liPropose, develop and implement new planning and MRP parameter optimization approaches, including through the use of algorithms, quantitative models and digital tools. /li liContribute to digitalization and innovation projects within Supply Chain processes. /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement by contributing to the evolution of planning processes, tools and methodologies. /li liSupport the introduction of new technological and methodological solutions aimed at increasing service levels, optimizing inventory and improving process efficiency. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liAt least 3–4 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning or Procurement Planning roles. /li liKnowledge of MRP principles and material requirements planning. /li liExperience using ERP systems. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. /li liKnowledge of data analysis and/or Business Intelligence tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Java, Python or equivalent). /li liGood command of English (B2 level). /li liStrong interest in continuous improvement and business process optimization. /li liStrong analytical and decision-making skills. /li liResults-oriented mindset and customer focus. /li /ul h3Offer Details /h3 ul liWorking hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site.
