Positive is seeking a Head of Sales Italy to build, structure, and scale our Italian sales department. This is a brand-new position to support hypergrowth and expand our client portfolio globally through strategic cross-selling.

Your primary focus is people management: leading and training a team of 6 SDRs, with plans to grow to 8 by 2027. You will report to the CRO, serving as the operational engine for our expansion in Italy.
