As Digital Brand Manager at Haier Europe, you will steer the consumer brand strategy for Europe in a digital-first, media-driven ecosystem. You will shape brand thinking, produce digital assets, and coordinate cross-market execution with internal teams and external agencies. The role combines brand management with content production and performance analytics to drive familiarity, consideration, and sell-out. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive, data-informed brand experiences at scale.
Responsabilità
- Deploy a consistent, consumer-relevant Brand strategy across Local Markets and Product Lines
- Translate strategy into digital-native creative concepts in collaboration with HQ
- Lead production of brand assets and cross-category digital content, ensuring coherence across concepts, media, and execution
- Manage planning and execution from concept to delivery, including Shooting Coordinator
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated brand execution across touchpoints
- Lead Creative Agencies and plan content production aligned with local market needs
- Monitor data, insights, and performance metrics (including ROI) to optimize impact
- Foster a contemporary, digital-savvy, data-informed brand culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- Deep understanding of media and digital media planning
- Digital-first mindset with expertise in digital channels and innovation
- Hands-on experience with digital formats, content production, and coordinating multiple agencies
- University degree
- Consolidated Brand/Marketing Management experience with digital content execution
- Experience managing and growing junior resources
- Italian language proficiency and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Cross-functional collaboration
