The position involves hands-on software engineering and the development of business logic using Java, rather than focusing primarily on infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, or platform operations. /p /brpAt the same time, this is more than a traditional Backend Java role. The focus goes beyond standard REST/CRUD applications, with a strong emphasis on event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, Kafka-based integrations, and cloud-native solutions running on AWS. /p /brpThe ideal candidate has a strong Java engineering background combined with practical experience designing and implementing solutions using Apache Kafka. Experience with Confluent Kafka / Confluent Platform is highly desirable but not mandatory. /p /brh3What You'll Be Doing /h3 /brul /brliDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services supporting data-driven business processes /li /brliBuild and evolve event-driven and real-time data streaming architectures using Apache Kafka /li /brliDevelop Kafka producers, consumers, event-processing components, and integration services /li /brliDesign reliable and scalable communication patterns between distributed systems /li /brliBuild cloud-native solutions and deploy/integrate applications within AWS environments /li /brliImplement business logic around asynchronous events and streaming data /li /brliEnsure solutions are scalable, resilient, maintainable,
