pAt Bridgenext, we engineer Growth Operating Systems. Most enterprises have spent millions on their revenue stack and still aren't seeing the growth they expected. They have tools that function, but no system that wins. We help growth-hungry companies close that gap by turning fragmented platforms, siloed teams, and disconnected data into one integrated Growth OS. More than a technology company or marketing agency, we're a global digital consultancy with experts in engineering, data, AI, creative and more. /p pOur teams are made up of experts who believe in engineering impact, starting with putting people at the center of everything we do. Every team member directly shapes our work, culture, and values. Nothing matters more to us than a kind, respectful, fulfilling environment that supports everyone. Our flexible, inclusive culture gives you the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to thrive. /p h3Position Description /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in LATAM and assist our financial services client on an automation platform project that serves the fitness and wellness industry. /p pRequests from our clients and product roadmap pile up faster than we ship them — bugs, small features, well-scoped client asks. You'll own that execution stream. /p pYou'll work day-to-day with our Product Owner, who leads design and tactical priorities. Your work comes from a dedicated board with tickets that already have designs, specs, and a clear reason behind them: either a capability that moves the product forward or a direct client request. As you learn the product and codebase, you'll take on larger projects and eventually run as a parallel stream alongside our senior engineers. /p pThis is a role focused on shipping, not just planning. You'll be responsible for taking well-scoped work from concept to production, collaborating across the team to ensure quality and impact. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liShip product work end-to-end across Rails, React,
