You will lead, coach, and motivate integrated teams of Orphoz colleagues and client leaders to drive execution and measurable impact. You will act as a subject‐matter expert, combining hands‐on transformation experience with strong problem‐solving capabilities to derive insights and translate them into practical, executable solutions. You will lead teams of Orphoz consultants throughout their projects, partnering with the McKinsey strategy teams daily. We stay through delivery partnering with clients until impact is achieved and embedded.
