Overview

In this role you will support growth and profitability for the Western Europe Cardiovascular & Cardiac Surgery portfolios through FP&A;, modeling, and strategic finance partnering. You’ll work closely with country leaders and cross-functional teams to drive performance, with exposure to reporting, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The role offers hybrid work and a mission-driven environment focused on improving patient care. You will contribute to world-class financial planning and business reviews, shaping decisions across WE markets.

Responsabilità

- Contribute to FP&A; activities including annual plan, forecasts, and quarterly estimates
- Analyze market dynamics, revenue, pricing, margins, and expenses; drive action to boost growth and profitability
- Build financial models and quantify go-to-market opportunities with the business
- Prepare and follow-up on leadership reviews and drive monthly performance discussions with WE country leaders




- Communicate financial and operational trends, forecasts, and insights to business and finance stakeholders
- Explain accounting guidance to business stakeholders with support from controllership
- Collaborate to deliver finance training and improve finance acumen across the organization
- Update and advance reporting to meet changing needs using data science tools and techniques
- Join ad hoc business and finance projects and support decision-making
- Identify issues and propose improvements to systems or processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in finance or economics
- Minimum of 5-year relevant experience
- Strong verbal & written communication in English (C1+)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in OneStream, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook; PowerBI development is a plus
- Proactive, organized, team-oriented and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in teams
