In this role you lead Ramboll’s Site Solutions in Spain and the Iberian market, driving growth and delivering integrated site investigation and remediation solutions. You’ll manage complex contaminated land and redevelopment projects while expanding client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. You will steer technical leadership on remediation strategies and sustainable practices, shaping land use for industrial, infrastructure, and real estate clients. Responsabilità

- Provide overall leadership for Site Solutions, developing client relationships, building a sustainable sales pipeline, and scaling team capability
- Lead and deliver complex contaminated land, remediation, soil and groundwater assessment, environmental due diligence, and site redevelopment projects across sectors
- Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies, risk-based corrective action, sustainable remediation, and regulatory developments
- Oversee project delivery focusing on client satisfaction, technical excellence, quality assurance, commercial performance, and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with Environment & Health, Water, Energy, Planning,



and Sustainability to offer integrated site development and environmental solutions
- Drive innovation in remediation strategies, nature-based solutions, brownfield regeneration, and sustainable land management
- Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong experience in contaminated land management, remediation, soil and groundwater investigations, environmental compliance, and site redevelopment projects
- Track record delivering projects for industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, mining, real estate, or public sector clients
- Experience developing remediation strategies and managing complex environmental liabilities
- Understanding of Spanish and European environmental regulations relating to contaminated land, groundwater protection, waste management, and permitting
- Proven business development success including securing major client relationships and profitable growth
- Technical leadership and recognized expertise in contaminated land and remediation consulting
- Strong proposal development, project management, and technical reporting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Local language proficiency and English at C1/C2; Portuguese an advantage
