Overview

As a Lead or Principal AI Architect, you act as the definitive technical authority for AI architecture across client engagements. You own end-to-end AI platform design, spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. You work with CIOs and CTOs to shape enterprise AI strategy and translate business goals into a coherent technical vision. You guide cross-domain teams, define architectural direction, and drive reusable assets and methodologies. You will influence the field through thought leadership and external representation, delivering robust, scalable, and value-driven AI solutions.

Responsabilità

- Shape enterprise AI strategy with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders
- Lead enterprise AI assessments and roadmaps for sequenced investments
- Own end-to-end architecture for complex AI platforms across domains
- Translate governance principles into concrete technical solutions for domain teams
- Build prototypes and PoCs to de-risk decisions and prove value
- Assess and compare tools, frameworks, and platforms with evidence-based recommendations
- Define architecture for multi-agent ecosystems with orchestration, memory, and tool usage
- Establish memory as a first-class platform service and define model/inference strategy
- Set standards for high-throughput, low-latency inference and production ML deployment
- Own architecture of enterprise context layer (knowledge graphs, ontologies,

- Design context assembly and memory for prompts and conversational state
- Ensure security, governance, observability, performance, and scalability across domains
- Define identity/authorization models and layered guardrails
- Govern MCP control plane across internal/third-party systems
- Advocate adopt-over-build for evaluation/observability stacks
- Establish FinOps considerations and cost planning inputs
- Lead integration of domain architects to deliver an enterprise-ready system
- Develop reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and assets
- Conduct architecture workshops with client executives and engineering teams
- Produce authoritative architecture artifacts for scalable delivery
- Represent the firm externally through publications and conference engagements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Extensive experience deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML across at least one cloud vendor
- Proven experience in LLM and Generative AI space
- Strong background in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architectures
- Deep experience in ML, deep learning, NLP, and related applications
- Multiple years hands-on as a machine architect designing large-scale data and ML systems
