PAs the bModel Shop Technician /b, you will be responsible for building prototypes and samples of electric motors, including brushed, brushless, and stepper motors. You will also support the execution of performance, safety and reliability test on motors and components, as well as build prototypes of rotors, stators and complete motors, based on drawings, technical specifications, and requis. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliBuild prototypes and samples of rotors, stators and motors, based on drawings, and technical specifications and requirements provided by Design Engineering /liliPerform performance, safety, and reliability tests on motors and components /liliManage the inventory of materials and components required for prototype and sample construction /liliPrepare and manage special packaging for the shipment of prototypes and samples /liliSupport Manufacturing in the build of Manufacturing Check Samples and Pilot Runs /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliTechnical High School Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering /liliMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building prototypes and samples, preferably involving electric motors or similar electromechanical products /liliAbility to operate winding, welding, and balancing machines,



as well as other equipment used in electric motor manufacturing /liliAbility to operate lathes and milling machines for the manufacture and modification of parts /liliBasic electrical knowledge /liliDemonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.
