You will work closely with the Head of People Experience & Development to deliver memorable experiences at scale in a fast-paced environment. * End-to-End Onboarding Management: design and refine the onboarding journey for new joiners to ensure a welcoming, high-impact start
* Internal Events & Team Building: plan and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities

* E-Learning & L&D; Tool Management: oversee learning platforms, track usage, manage provider relationships

* Event Management Expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale events in hybrid/office settings
