Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture for large-scale transformation programs, aligning roadmaps with business objectives. You collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to design scalable, governance-driven PLM solutions and oversee data models, workflows, and integrations. You'll guide data migration, cloud transformation, and pre-sales activities while mentoring peers to uphold enterprise standards. Responsabilità

- Lead Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs
- Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams
- Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures
- Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes
- Lead solution design for PDM,



Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Management
- Architect Windchill integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms
- Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders
- Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development
- Mentor solution architects, technical leads

Requisiti fondamentali

- 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs
- Deep expertise in PTC Windchill
- Experience leading end-to-end Windchill programs
- Leadership and mentoring
- Stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership
- Clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
