Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across 2–3 depots and a fleet of 300–450 vehicles. You will report to the District Manager and guide Operations Supervisors to ensure vehicles are ready, on time, and compliant with standards.
This hands-on role requires frequent travel between locations, weekend/holiday coverage when needed, and a strong focus on KPIs, staffing, and cost control to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
