Satispay, based in Italy, is seeking a People Experience & Development Specialist to lead onboarding, events, and learning initiatives, bringing our company culture to life.
You will report to the Head of People Experience & Development and own end-to-end onboarding, plan company-wide events, coordinate wellbeing and community programs, oversee L&D; platforms, and manage budgets and vendor relationships. Strong Italian and English communication is required.
