We at Coforge are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Architect (Service Now) to lead enterprise-scale Service Now transformation programs for our global customers.

This is a strategic consulting and architecture leadership role where you'll work closely with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams to define platform strategy, governance models, architectural roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Service Now architecture and transformation engagements.
- Partner with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
- Translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps, solution blueprints, and platform architectures.
- Define and govern Service Now platform architecture, instance strategy, and operating models.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and technical decision-making.
- Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and Service Now best-practice adoption.
- Provide expertise across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, CSM, and ITOM.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and change requests.
- Lead integration strategy, APIs, Flow Designer, automation, and enterprise design patterns.
- Champion AI adoption, automation,



and innovation across Service Now implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Service Now, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong advisory and management consulting background.
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, business leaders, and senior technology stakeholders.
- Experience leading large-scale architecture and transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and gravitas.
- Experience leveraging AI for business process improvement, decision-making, or service operations.
