As a Breakfast Attendant, your responsibilities will include: Buffet Preparation and Setup Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet according to the hotel’s standards, Set tables for guests following established procedures,



Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.), Check the freshness and quality of all items served. Cook or reheat certain products (pastries, bread, eggs, etc.), Follow hygiene and food safety standards. Guest Service Welcome guests courteously and professionally, Clear and clean tables after guests depart. Clean and organize the buffet area and breakfast dining room, Maintain and sanitize kitchen equipment, Manage stock and report any replenishment needs. Early morning shifts, Passionate about the hospitality industry, you ideally have some prior experience in the field and are eager to take on an autonomous role. Strong sense of service and hospitality Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP) Experience in restaurants or hotels is a plus You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
