Overview As Head of Finance, you will lead a growing finance team and oversee accounting, tax, and treasury across WeRoad's international entities. You'll partner with FP&A; to enable budgeting and forecasting, while driving controls and process automation to scale the business. You'll act as the main liaison for auditors, banks, and advisors, shaping financial strategy in a fast-paced scaleup. and forecasting with reliable data and insights Drive process improvement and automation to scale finance operations and strengthen internal controls Serve as main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and banks; support reporting to Board and investors Support reporting and governance in a fast-growing, multi-entity international environment At least 5 years in senior finance management, preferably in fast-growing, multi-entity international settings Strong background in accounting, tax and treasury with solid Italian GAAP knowledge; IFRS knowledge is a plus Experience in budgeting, planning and forecasting processes Proven experience leading and developing teams of around 10 people, with hands-on leadership Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into business insights Familiarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central is a plus Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using automation/AI tools to streamline finance processes Fluent in English and Italian leadership and people management Italian GAAP IFRS (plus) ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
