Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d) Conducts order validations and entries. Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery. Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production. Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation. Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives. Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System. Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. Specified years of customer service experience is a plus. SAP experience is a plus.
