OverviewIn this role you will manage technical assistance to customers and own quality processes at the Turin plant. You will cooperate with Sales, Marketing, and product development to align the company value proposition with customer needs and drive improvement initiatives. You will support claim handling, participate in HSE compliance, and collaborate across functions to manage projects and share best practices.
