Overview

As Senior HR Business Partner in the BA Food Solutions for Southern Europe, you’ll shape people strategies across Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey. You’ll partner with commercial leaders to drive organizational design, leadership development, and performance improvements in a dynamic, international setting. You’ll lead change initiatives, ensure labor compliance, and champion HR excellence to support sustainable growth. This role offers high visibility, cross-country collaboration, and the chance to influence transformation at scale.

Responsabilità

- Support ~175 employees across Southern Europe and act as Country HR Manager for Spain, Greece and Turkey
- Oversee full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with local labor legislation
- Lead organizational design and change management, leadership coaching and development
- Manage talent acquisition and succession planning
- Handle employee and labor relations and transformation/workforce planning
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives




- Lead compensation and reward discussions and HR process excellence/ compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in an international matrix organization
- Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven businesses
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations
- Proven track record leading organizational change and restructuring initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and leadership coaching skills
- Curious, data-driven and open to digital and AI-enabled ways of working
- Fluent in English; any other South European language an advantage
- Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
