The Role We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our culinary team and help us deliver high-quality, fresh, and flavorful dishes to guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team for one of Venice’s most anticipated new rooftop venues. What You’ll Do Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, making sauces, portioning proteins,



and more Follow prep lists and recipes with precision and efficiency Assist with kitchen setup and organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout prep areas Label and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste Support line cooks and chefs as needed during service Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred Solid knife skills and basic culinary knowledge Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
