ZOLL Medical Italia is looking for a qualified candidate to manage the territory in south of Italy for the LifeVest division. A regional Manager is a vital link between a company's headquarters and locations across a specific region. This role involves overseeing and coordinating regional operations, ensuring each location functions efficiently and effectively. The goal of this position is to oversee the operations and performance of the Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (LifeVest) as a bridging tool for patients suffering from a high risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Furthermore, they are responsible for setting goals, implementing strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring the satisfaction of customers. The primary discipline of your work and customer base is in the Cardiology sector, including emergency, resuscitative and intensive care.



Monitoring performance and report on metrics Overseeing operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates Coordinating with territory managers and agents and understand their problems and resolve them Setting standards and objectives for different areas Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency Dealing with escalated customer issues, incidents, or complaints At least 5 years of sales experience Prior experience in the medical sector, preferably in Cardiology Besides Italian, fluency in both written and spoken English is obligatory Assertive, respectful, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with customers and business partners ZOLL Medical Italia srl is committed to ensuring a fair, objective, and merit-based recruitment process.
