Responsibilities:

Supportingthe Global Commodity Managerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone's Unit,todefinethestrategyfor procuring Material&Permanent; Systemsgoods; Supportingandbeinginchargefortheoverall Sourcing Processincluding Definingthe Supplier Listinthe Vendor List, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization; Contributingtothe Companyand Procurement Commodityteamobjectives; Ensurecompliancewith Global Supply Chainand Company Policies; Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequesting Corporate Departments/Operational Units. Also,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations; Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportofthe Legal Departmentand Contract Department,



whilealsocoordinatingwithrequesting Departments; Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththe Company's Codeof Ethics,its Organization, Managementand Control Model,pursuantto Legislative Decree231/2001,andits Anti-Corruption Model; Supporting Regional Supply Chain Managersand Procurement Managers,tocreateprocurementplansforthe Operational Units, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness; Supporting Biddingand Startupteamduringbiddingphase; Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththe Global Commodity Managerand Vendor Management, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess; Supportingthe Commodityteamindefiningandimplementing Commoditystrategies.

Requirements:
