● Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation
● Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints
● Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard
● Manage technical governance and delivery operating model
● Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
● Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders
● Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
Qualifications
● 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent
● Demonstrated management consulting experience
● Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced environment
● Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
● Industry domain expertise, enterprise architecture experience
● Large program experience leading architecture and design, cloud application technology experience
● Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
