Grand Circle Corporation in Rome is seeking a Country Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure quality and accuracy for our travel products. You will supervise trip leaders, support hiring/training, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 5 years in travel industry staff management, a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, and English fluency. The position offers a fixed salary of 50,000 EUR annually plus performance-based incentives and
