? About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, sales campaigns, digital lead generation, and customer referrals. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into customers.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Manage sales campaigns and digital lead generation activities
- Build and maintain pipelines using Salesforce CRM
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Field Sales teams and support business growth
- Manage inbound leads from phone and website enquiries

? What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Inside Sales ,



ideally in an international environment
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Native-level Italian and fluent English are required
