JMG Solutions is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a major construction project in Milan, Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works, ideally within large-scale data centre or other mission-critical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day CSA construction activities on site.
- Manage and coordinate General Contractors and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications and design submissions to identify potential issues and improve buildability.
- Monitor construction progress against project schedules, milestones and delivery targets.
- Coordinate CSA works with mechanical, electrical and other specialist teams to ensure effective sequencing and minimise delays.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Manage construction documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals and design changes.
- Monitor contractor performance, project costs and variations, supporting effective scope and budget management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues,



construction risks and site constraints.
- Ensure contractors comply with health and safety requirements and approved construction procedures.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging and outstanding works through to project completion.
- Support commissioning, handover and closeout activities in collaboration with the wider project team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a CSA Construction Manager or similar construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction works.
- Experience managing General Contractors, subcontractors and construction work packages.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
- Experience monitoring construction programmes, quality and contractor performance.
- Good understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
- Previous data centre or mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant engineering, construction management or equivalent industry experience.
