* Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites to ensure timely, compliant, and quality agreements
* Manage contract changes and additional agreements balancing business needs with regulatory requirements
* Support contract planning and start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs
* Develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents
* Prepare and negotiate contract terms,

* Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional start-up teams to achieve project goals
* Provide contract-related guidance on operational and financial matters to study teams
* Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 3–5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or similar role
* Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management
