* Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory, identifying decision-makers (GM, Revenue Manager, etc.)
* Present and tailor D-EDGE’s solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools) to client needs
* Build and manage a high-value client portfolio through strong relationships
* Lead the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation and closing, meeting or exceeding targets




* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Act as the voice of clients to senior teams and help improve offerings
* Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost brand visibility and generate leads Requisiti fondamentali
* Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience
* Solid understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.)
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong relationship builder
* 100% fluent in Italian and English
* Based in Venice or surrounding area; willingness to visit clients regularly
