Basic

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree and10 years’ experience as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer or Officer in the US military.
* 3+ years’ experience with military planning, design, and execution of Brigade or higher-level exercises.
* Experience planning within the Joint Exercise Life Cycle framework.
* Joint training, operations, and planning experience.
* Experience working with commercial vendors.
* U.
S. citizenship required
* Active Secret security clearance. Preferred

Qualifications:
* Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in military range support / control operations and management.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies to include Unmanned Air, Sea & Ground Vehicles, C-UAS, Cyber/EW/Space capabilities, Long Range Precision Munitions, and mission command, sustainment, and medical systems leveraging Super Intelligence (SI) capabilities. * Will require extensive, short-notice business travel to the African continent or other global locations.

Job Description




* Our Southern European Task Force-Africa (SETAF-AF) Strategic Mission Support program is seeking a Multi-Domain Training Area Planner capable of rapidly solving complex problem sets to join our diverse team.
* This position supports SETAF-AF in the planning and execution of U.
S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) directed training, testing and experimentation on emerging technologies.
* Planners will facilitate all aspects of coordination and preparation to deploy and execute USAFRICOM priority directives.
* These actions include, but are not limited to: o Facilitating range control packets o Interim Authority To Test (IATT) and/or Authority To Operate (ATO) o Spectrum request processing o CONOP review, o Class V ammunition storage and shipments o Intra and Inter-theater transportation o Safety releases, air worthiness releases o International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) export licenses and/or exemptions o Foreign Disclosure releases o Network/COP integration o Life support o Contracts, and agreements.
* Planners should have experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), testing and experimentation on emerging technologies, military training and range management, and Joint operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
