Join D-EDGE as a Sales Manager in Rome to drive growth for our hospitality technology suite. You will identify opportunities, engage hotels and hotel groups, and close impactful deals while partnering with cross‐functional teams. You'll represent the product at industry events and shape client strategies with our solutions. You'll work in a global, people‐focused culture that rewards initiative and impact. Responsabilità

- Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory, identifying decision-makers (GM, Revenue Manager, etc.)
- Present and tailor D-EDGE's solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools) to client needs
- Build and manage a high-value client portfolio through strong relationships
- Lead the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation and closing, meeting or exceeding targets




- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the voice of clients to senior teams and help improve offerings
- Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost brand visibility and generate leads

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Solid understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong relationship builder
- 100% fluent in Italian and English
- Based in Venice or surrounding area; willingness to visit clients regularly
