We are developing a decision-support platform focused on hospital workforce resilience, with the goal of helping healthcare organizations improve workforce planning and operational preparedness. The opportunity We are looking to connect with motivated researchers, AI practitioners, data scientists, and healthcare innovators interested in exploring how predictive intelligence can support more resilient healthcare workforces. As a research collaborator, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, explore methodologies, evaluate approaches, and help shape the development of emerging healthcare AI solutions. This is an early-stage, project-based collaboration opportunity. It is currently unpaid, and no salary or guaranteed compensation is offered.
