This role will be responsible for leading the finance integration of acquired entities, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between Corporate, Business Finance, Controllership and acquired companies to drive seamless post-merger integration.
You will also be responsible for:
Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting and submission of required deliverables to Baker Hughes Corporate. Performing balance sheet reviews,
