Hill International is seeking a Project Controls Department Manager in the United States, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Netherlands. Position will require relocation to Saudi Arabia (KSA). Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Has overall responsibility for managing and monitoring budgets, cost, planning/scheduling, and management of change. This includes managing the development and implementation of budgets and baselines to meet the project objectives and ensure adherence to the project policies and procedures. Assessing the capability of project control staff and recommending appropriate roles and responsibilities Inputting to the project control department knowledge
