Overview In this role you will support the Milan-based Global Business Development team to drive growth for a leading international law firm. You will collaborate with legal and marketing colleagues to prepare pitches, client materials, and campaigns, helping to shape external client-facing initiatives. You will also coordinate events and gather content to fuel regular communications. The position offers exposure to cross-border practices and opportunities to develop in a global professional services environment.

Responsabilità

Track dates for directories and awards and assist with submissions and rankings Coordinate information flow and logistics for events with internal and external stakeholders Support creation of marketing and BD materials (pitches, proposals, client alerts, newsletters,



blogs) with global teams Gather content from the team and fee earners to support internal communications

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree, ideally with marketing option Minimum two years' relevant experience, preferably in law firm or professional services Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (InterAction, Quorus) Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage workload Bilingual Italian and English with ability to convey detailed information strong communication attention to detail organizational skills diplomacy Microsoft Office CRM functionalities (InterAction, Quorus)
