Overview In this role you will support the Finance team in the Milan-based Food Business Unit, driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will deliver clear financial reporting to enable management decisions and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade to ensure data accuracy. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes, helping the BU achieve sustainable growth and profitability. This is a hands-on position with frequent travel across Italy, offering visibility into a fast-paced, family-owned company.

Support Budget and Forecast processes for the perimeter Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results Analyze performance versus budget and prior year,



identifying key drivers and variances Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field 4/5 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Frequent weekly travel across the Italian territory Fluent English Cross-functional collaboration Analytical mindset Communication skills Attention to detail Excel SAP or ERP systems
