Overview In this role you support the growth of Abbott’s LAAO portfolio in the Centro-Sud region by partnering with surgeons and clinicians to expand therapy adoption and ICE usage. You are a clinical and commercial expert who collaborates across medical, marketing, and sales teams to accelerate patient outcomes and drive regional objectives. You will train doctors and cath-lab teams, share best practices, and help shape therapy expansion programs. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence cardiovascular care at a regional scale.

Responsabilità

Provide advanced technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures across the Centro-Sud Region Serve as clinical/technical resource for LAAO procedures and ICE imaging Deliver product, therapy, and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams Support physician training, onboarding, and certification activities Facilitate best-practice sharing between centers and regions Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and imaging specialists to optimize workflows and outcomes Support pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging guidance Liaise with Clinical Studies, Marketing, Customer Service, Tender Management, Medical Affairs, and Sales organizations Partner with regional sales teams to drive LAAO sales objectives Develop and execute strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities in LAAO centers Drive ICE adoption and imaging-guided workflows Support tenders, contracting,



and value-based selling where appropriate Support national KOL engagement and physician advocacy initiatives Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics and provide recommendations Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to execute national therapy expansion programs Support center activation and therapy expansion across the region Build strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and stakeholders at key accounts Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts Manage consignment inventory and product availability Report Product Event Reports per policy Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and ethical standards

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline Experience in medical device industry is a plus Proven experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures and working with interventional cardiologists is a plus Proven experience with LAAO procedures (sales and technical/clinical support) is a plus Experience with electrophysiology programs is a plus Experience supporting cath lab and/or hybrid OR procedures is a plus Experience with cardiac imaging workflows including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging is a plus Experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is a plus Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills Versatile and able to influence various clinician personalities Professional proficiency in English strong communication and presentation abilities relationship-building with physicians and stakeholders negotiation and account management LAAO procedures Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) cardiac imaging workflows
