Mytilineos is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to guide Italian and East-European development and construction teams on high-level legal matters and energy sector regulation. You will oversee M&A; work with external firms and support permitting, land transactions, and corporate deals.
You will draft and negotiate EPC, O&M; and supply-chain contracts, ensure compliance, and manage external counsel and budgets in a fast-paced, cross-border environment across Italy and Eastern Europe.
