Lexroom is building an AI platform for legal work, growing fast with offices in Milan. We seek a Staff Engineer to own architecture across squads, drive large technical initiatives, and raise the bar as we scale. You’ll report to engineering leadership, with decision-making power and no direct reports. We value cross-team collaboration, ownership, and a track record of delivering complex distributed systems. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.
