Overview
In this role you will support Finance Digital Transformation programs within a multinational setting, translating business needs into effective Dynamics 365 F&O; solutions. You’ll work in the Enterprise Platform Team to analyse current processes and design future-state finance workflows, enabling integrated process management. You will collaborate with Finance users and project teams across workshops, requirements gathering, and testing to ensure robust, user-friendly implementations. Responsabilità
- Analyse as-is Finance processes and define to-be processes in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting
- Configure Finance modules of Dynamics 365 F&O; following Microsoft best practices
- Prepare functional documentation: Business Requirements, Fit/Gap, Functional Design Documents,
process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with Finance users in workshops, requirements gathering, validation sessions, and solution definition
- Support SIT and UAT testing: create test cases, execute tests, analyze defects, validate solutions
- Participate in cut-over, go-live, and hypercare, providing operational support
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; in Finance
- Familiarity with GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management
- Comfort interfacing with Finance users and stakeholders, facilitating workshops
- Structured approach, attention to detail, ability to manage project priorities
- Fluent English; able to operate in multinational/multi-country contexts
- Willingness to travel for key project phases
