Job summarythis role can be based anywhere in italy with travel required. the manager talent acquisition luxury europe is responsible for leading management recruitment across marriott's luxury portfolio within an assigned geographical region, while also supporting selected premium and select brand hiring where required.key responsibilitiesact as strategic talent advisor to hotel leadership teams, partnering with general managers, executive committee members and hr to identify, attract and assess management talent aligned to luxury brand standards.own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, selection and offer management.develop and maintain talent maps of luxury hospitality competitors and adjacent industries; provide market intelligence on talent trends.ensure all recruitment advertising, linkedin activity and candidate communications reflect luxury brand positioning.maintain high sla performance (time to fill, time to slate, time to interview, offer acceptance rate) and monitor hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.collaborate with the senior manager, south africa ta hub and regional pod to achieve hiring plans,
