Key responsibility areassupport front offices worldwide in preparing quotations for standard and customized cooling service opportunities, managing requirements across installation, commissioning, lifecycle services, on-demand interventions, spare parts and future ecocare offers.select and adapt the appropriate standard scope of work for each opportunity, tailoring activities, deliverables, boundaries, assumptions and exclusions to translate customer and site requirements into clear service packages.identify and select relevant cooling product or unit configurations to support service quotations and modernization opportunities, reviewing bills of materials, technical documentation and product configurations.use cooling service quotation tools and databases to build reliable cost and price estimates, creating and maintaining excel-based cost and price sheets, applying appropriate costing assumptions, margins and commercial rules.capture recurring front office needs, quotation gaps and execution feedback to improve standard cooling service offers and tools, contributing to the development of reusable quotation models and templates.collaborate with service cooling business developers, solution architects, pre-sales support teams, front office sales, tendering, service operations, strategic account executives, service account managers, r&d;, sustaining engineering, product management, manufacturing sites, supply chain,



procurement and finance.required experience and competenciesbachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, energy or hvac engineering or equivalent technical experience.relevant experience in cooling, hvac, refrigeration or thermal management; knowledge of data-center cooling applications is an advantage.good understanding of cooling products and systems (chillers, cdus, in-room, in-row or related solutions).ability to read and interpret bills of materials, technical documentation, product configurations and spare-parts information.strong technical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate requirements into a service scope that can be accurately quoted and executed.strong microsoft office skills, particularly excel, for adapting structured cost and price calculation sheets.accuracy, analytical capability and attention to detail in costing, pricing and quotation preparation.strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functions, factories, regions and cultures.fluent english; any additional language is an advantage.previous experience in service after-sales, field service, tendering or service quotation is a strong plus.customer-oriented leadership profile with problem-solving mindset, structured and detail-oriented approach, proactive risk identification and continuous-improvement focus.
