h3Overview /h3 pThe Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants Funding Department, based in Florence. This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels. /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 pThe selected candidate will support the team in the following activities: /p ul liPreparing administrative documents and professional presentations /li liDrafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget /li liCompleting and submitting funding application forms /li liMonitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities andprogram /li liIdentifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internalproject ideas /li liSupporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals /li liCoordinating project timelines and contributing to project managementtasks /li liHandling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership /li liManaging shared project folders, including sensitive and confidentialdocuments /li liCollaborating with external consultants, project partners,



and internaldepartments /li liProviding training and operational support to project stakeholders. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics); /li liProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) andgrant application platforms; /li liPrevious experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-fundedprojects; /li liStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul pThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 36.000,00 and Eur 38.000,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
