pbThe Special Educational Needs (SEN) /b Teacher at H-FARM International School collaborates with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment. The role involves bdesigning and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs and PEPs) to ensure students with diverse learning needs, including learning, emotional, behavioral, or communication difficulties, dyscalculia, dyslexia, and ADHD, have equitable access to the IB curriculum across all school levels. /b /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p pSupport and teach students individually, in small groups, or within the whole class. /p pOffer emotional guidance to help students build confidence, self-esteem, and social skills. /p pGuide and support parents of students with special educational needs. /p pWork alongside classroom teachers to ensure individual needs are met by: /p pPromoting an inclusive learning approach across all activities. /p pTailoring the curriculum to specific learning needs. /p pPreparing and adapting teaching methods and educational materials. /p pPlanning and executing differentiated learning activities.
