/liliAccurately manage tickets and incident updates through a ticketing system. /liliSupport Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory administration. /li /ulh3Must-Have Skills: /h3ulliMinimum 3 years' IT Support/Deskside Support experience. /liliExperience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot and device deployment. /liliMicrosoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge. /liliBasic LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting experience. /liliHardware diagnostics for laptops, desktops and printers. /liliExperience with ticket management systems (ServiceNow preferred). /liliUser data backup, restore and migration experience. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have: /h3ulliSCCM experience. /liliExchange administration knowledge. /liliAndroid, iOS and macOS support experience. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
