You will be responsible for planning and allocating testing activities, monitoring their execution and ensuring the quality of deliverables, while also supporting the professional development and growth of the team. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liIndependently define the test strategy, test plans, and test cases, starting from the analysis of functional and technical requirements. /li liOrganize and coordinate test execution, including functional, integration, and regression testing, planning both your own activities and those of the testers reporting to you. /li liGuide and support testers by assigning tasks, reviewing results, and fostering their professional development. /li liIdentify, track, and verify defects,



independently prioritizing them based on their impact on the product. /li liCollaborate daily with development teams, analysts, and project stakeholders, including in international contexts. /li liProactively propose improvements to testing processes and the adoption of new tools and technologies, including test automation. /li liProduce and maintain documentation related to testing and quality activities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an autonomous and curious professional who enjoys taking ownership of product quality. You take pride in organizing and coordinating test activities and have a proactive attitude towards improving processes and adopting new tools and methodologies. /p pYou are comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with developers, analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders. You are willing to take responsibility, identify issues proactively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of both the product and the testing process. /p h3What You’ll Bring /h3 pYou’ll likely have: /p ul liA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or, more broadly, in a STEM field. /li liSolid experience (2+ years) in Software Testing or Quality Assurance, with demonstrated autonomy in managing testing activities. /li liSome experience, even at a basic level,



in coordinating or mentoring other team members. /li liIn-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. /li liCuriosity and a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-working attitude. /li liGood knowledge of Italian. /li liEnglish proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with English-speaking developers and colleagues.
