Overview

In this role you will manage technical assistance to customers and own quality processes at the Turin plant. You will cooperate with Sales, Marketing, and product development to align the company value proposition with customer needs and drive improvement initiatives. You will support claim handling, participate in HSE compliance, and collaborate across functions to manage projects and share best practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position focused on safety, quality, and customer success in a global materials company.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- salary range 45.000 - 55.000 gross per year

Responsabilità

- Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Manage customer relationships with product development and technical teams
- Support claim management and improvement plans in mills
- Collaborate with quality team on QHSE standards and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales,



Operations and Logistics to manage projects, processes, tools development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with HSE directives and promote safety and environmental targets

Requisiti fondamentali

- M.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, paper/textile technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in managing quality and/or technical customer service processes
- Strong problem solving and quality methodology skills
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate in a team
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop networking across organization, languages and cultures
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
