You will manage complex, high-value customer relationships and exercise executive-level judgment on credit decisions within delegated limits. The role combines deep local market insight with cross-functional collaboration to optimize cash flow and risk. You’ll influence area strategy, partner with risk functions, and mentor peers while remaining an individual contributor. /p h3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3 ullicomprehensive benefits package /liliincentive compensation (premio and/or commissions) where applicable /li /ul h3Responsabilità /h3 ulliServe as the senior local point of contact for credit with Sales and country leadership, aligning risk strategy with the area and risk teams. /liliIndependently approve or decline order releases and holds within delegated authority, escalating only higher-risk cases. /liliReview and authorize credit limits for critical or high-risk customers with proper documentation and policy alignment. /liliStructure and approve payment plans and settlement terms for key accounts beyond analyst authority. /liliContribute input on Bad Debt reserve adequacy in line with policy. /liliLead and finalize negotiations with strategic customers in person, including senior stakeholders. /liliCoordinate with Sales, Legal, Customer Service and others to resolve high-value disputes.



/liliIdentify emerging risks in the area and drive corrective actions before escalation. /liliSupport and evolve local risk reporting and portfolio health visibility for management. /liliMentor local team and business on best practices in credit decisions while remaining an individual contributor. /liliEngage with insolvency, legal, or debt-recovery processes for critical accounts as needed. /liliProvide input to portfolio strategy and resource allocation to senior management. /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ulli10+ years of experience in Credit and Collections with complex or strategic accounts. /liliProven ability to make independent credit and collections decisions (e.g., payment plans, order release, credit limits). /liliExperience mentoring or guiding teammates without formal supervisory responsibility a plus. /liliStrong track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sales leadership, General Managers, customer executives). /liliBachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance (or equivalent) /liliProficient in MS Office; advanced English and fluent Italian. /liliExperience with collections systems (Oracle, Credit Management tools or similar). /liliFace-to-face, senior-level customer and stakeholder interaction experience. /li /ul h3Additional skills /h3 ullistrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities /liliexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholdersOracle /liliCredit Management toolsAdvanced MS Office Suite /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
