Offer Description Research,design,and development of tools for managing intelligent environments—settings characterized by the presence of sensors,Internet of Things (IoT) objects,and/or connected robots.These tools are intended to support the definition and management of automations or interactive experiences (such as games)



within application contexts like smart homes and ambient assisted living,facilitating user interaction with the environment—even for those with no programming expertise.The work will include evaluating the usability and impact of the developed tools,also through longitudinal studies conducted in real-world installations.Particular focus will be placed on integrating artificial intelligence techniques—including machine learning,deep learning,and reinforcement learning—to enhance interaction with these environments and connected devices,e.g. through systems that recommend automations or mechanisms that adapt to the specific context and the user’s emotional state.
